Full time hours on a temporary basis
We are looking for an experienced Mosaic Trainer to support the delivery, rollout, and adoption of Mosaic across our organisation. You will design and deliver high‑quality training that ensures staff are confident in using new workflows, recording models, and system features. The role involves working closely with SMEs, operational leads, and technical teams to ensure training fully aligns with service requirements and implementation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver tailored Mosaic training to staff at all levels within Children's Services.
- Create high‑quality training materials, user guides, e‑learning modules, and workflow‑aligned content.
- Conduct training needs analysis across service areas to inform planning and curriculum design.
- Collaborate with SMEs, operational leads, and technical teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Support UAT and early adopter groups through walkthroughs, drop‑in sessions, and 1:1 guidance.
- Maintain and update training materials in line with system changes and feedback.
- Deliver training aligned with project rollout plans and go‑live timelines.
- Gather and evaluate feedback to continuously improve the training offer.
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Strong experience delivering Mosaic training for Adults’ and Children’s services.
- Excellent understanding of Mosaic functionality, workflows, and recording processes.
- Ability to explain complex system processes in clear, understandable language.
- Experience training staff at all levels, both in‑person and online.
- Experience producing digital training content and structured user guides.
- Good understanding of finance processes in Mosaic, with the ability to produce finance‑specific training materials.
