Investigation and Information Assistant needed in Hammersmith. This is a temporary contract paying £19.12ph PAYE. The successful candidate will play a key role within a Complaints and Resolution department ensuring that elected members receive accurate, timely, and high-quality responses to their enquiries to support their work with our residents.

They will also provide support to the wider team in resolving complaints made by our residents on ongoing repairs and housing issues.
