Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day‐to‐day management of a fast‐paced Technology and Servicing department.
- Lead and support teams across Admin, Engineering (electrical and mechanical), and Assistive Technology services.
- Oversee stock management, equipment servicing, and the coordination of departmental vehicles.
- Ensure high levels of efficiency, safety, and service quality across all operational areas.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet performance expectations and organisational objectives.
- Uphold Health & Safety principles and ensure compliance across workflows.
- Monitor and update databases accurately to support service delivery and reporting.
