Committee Services Manager needed in Ilford. This is a temporary contract initially paying £226.18 per day PAYE. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage the work of the Committee Services Team to ensure the effective administration of the decision-making bodies and to support the governance arrangements.
They will support the Cabinet, Committees, Sub Committees, Panels and Working Groups by providing high quality administrative support, including:
- Agenda preparation
- Report collation
- Minute taking
- Follow up actions
They will manage and develop the Committee Services Team, ensuring that staff are motivated, trained and supported to deliver a high-quality service.
