HR Culture Assistant (Hybrid) needed in Plymouth, £15.56ph PAYE - Reference: OR
The HROD Service delivers a comprehensive and customer-centric professional service across the client in accordance with relevant employment related legislation, guidance, policies and best practice.
In this placement you will:
- Be the first point of contact, triaging HR enquiries from employees and managers and supporting the HROD function.
- Coordinate all grading requests and maintain accurate records for the job evaluation of roles.
- Coordinate and promote financial wellbeing schemes, including salary sacrifice offers to employees.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
