About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our People and Talent team, supporting the delivery of high-quality HR services across our social care service areas. This is a pivotal role in enabling the council to meet its business objectives through effective people management and service transformation.
You will work closely with service departments and specialist teams to ensure the delivery of HR services in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Performance Indicators (PIs). You’ll also contribute to service improvement initiatives, including transition and continuous improvement programmes, ensuring staff are engaged and involved throughout.
