Key Responsibilities
- Licence Processing & Case Management: Review, assess, and determine licence applications in line with the Housing Act 2004. Manage a varied caseload using digital systems, ensuring timely processing and audit-ready records.
- Compliance, Inspection & Enforcement: Apply housing legislation; support inspections and enforcement to address non-compliance. Provide guidance to landlords, tenants, and partner agencies.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Produce compliance and performance reports.
