The client requires a fire risk assessor that has at least 2 years experience working in a social housing environment carrying out Type 1 fire risk assessments (common areas only). They must hold a fire risk assessment qualification and be registered on a recognised fire risk assessors register at least intermediate but preferable advanced.
The candidate will carry out site visits to Sheffield's low rise properties and can either write up the fire risk assessments at home or in the office. Car mileage will be paid at 45p per mile.
