Finance and Business Support Assistant needed in Bolton, £13.34ph PAYE – Reference: 000A 5CB3 / 1
Responsibilities
- Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) in Oracle in line with Client procurement rules.
- Process and validate supplier invoices against POs and contracts.
- Maintain accurate financial records for capital projects, including commitments and accruals.
- Support budget monitoring, forecasting, and reporting for capital projects.
- Assist with preparation of financial returns and audit requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers, project managers, and finance teams to resolve queries.
- Ensure compliance with Client governance, financial regulations, and procurement policies.
- Maintain documentation and filing systems for audit and governance purposes.
- Provide administrative support for capital project meetings, including minute-taking and report collation.
This is working full time hours on temporary contract.
