Principal FOI Officer needed in Enfield. This is a temporary contract initially paying £13.69ph PAYE.
The successful candidate will lead Freedom of Information (FOI), Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our interface with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). They will be the organisation’s subject-matter expert assuring the quality of responses, coaching services, spotting trends, and driving performance improvements that keep us compliant and responsive.
They will own the FOI/ICO relationship: oversee internal reviews, coordinate investigations, and represent in regulator engagement and will assure quality: review and sign off draft responses; provide robust advice on FOI, EIR and the Data Protection Act.
