Maintenance Coordinator needed in Dunstable. This is a temporary contract initially paying £15.57ph PAYE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis of repairs in council owned dwellings that have been raised through residents and internal and external stakeholders via various platforms.

They will provide effective scheduling of repairs orders to trades diaries ensuring service delivery is maximised and utilise opportunity for increased trade productivity. They will be responsible for case handling residents repairs in council owned dwellings.
