Director of Improvement needed in Milton Keynes. Paying £826.32 per day. Full time hours on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of improvement and efficiency programmes, including service redesign, demand management and digital initiatives.
- Embed robust governance, programme management and benefits realisation frameworks.
- Oversee development and assurance of business cases and investment proposals.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate modelling, tracking and validation of savings.
- Partner with senior service leaders to identify and deliver efficiencies across priority areas.
- Use data, benchmarking and insight to drive evidence‑based decision‑making and prioritisation.
- Build organisational capability in continuous improvement, including Lean or similar methodologies.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders, managing political, regulatory and public sensitivities.
