About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Contracts Administrator to join our team and help manage the day-to-day coordination of construction, maintenance, and service contracts. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly by supporting contract managers, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring everything is documented and compliant.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Draft and distribute contracts, work orders, and tender documents.
- Keep accurate records of project correspondence, invoices, and files.
- Assist contract managers with scheduling, reporting, and general admin.
- Process purchase orders and communicate with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
- Make sure all contracts follow company policies and legal requirements.
- Track contractor performance, monitor deadlines, and raise any concerns.
Ideally:
- Experience in contract administration or a similar admin role.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Knowledge of construction or maintenance contracts is a bonus, but not essential.
