City Leap And Energy Solutions Property Partner needed in Bristol, £271.57 per day PAYE - Reference: 5286614.
A 3 days a week role (days to be determined with line manager), with one day in the office/on site each week, working with a diverse team and on a variety of projects supporting decarbonising the city.
Responsibilities:
- Find suitable sites (land and buildings) across the city to support the programme, in particular the heat network and large-scale renewables.
- Scope out the site requirements.
- Support the business case and rationale for the sites to be used in this way.
- Derisk the projects.
- Engage with stakeholders and build strong long‑term relationships.
- Report on individual project feasibility and progress as well as the wider programme.
- Manage the complex process to completion.
- Take ownership of and be accountable for the projects and their success.
- Support the City Leap and energy service to deliver on its objectives to decarbonise the city.
This is a part time role on a Temporary basis.
