Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily health and safety checks across low-rise and high-rise buildings.
- Undertake cleaning duties in communal areas, ensuring a high standard is maintained at all times.
- Perform litter picking and general estate cleaning.
- Manage rubbish removal and item clearances, including bulky waste.
- Conduct regular fly-tipping inspections and ensure prompt clearance.
- Operate a tipper vehicle to transport waste and materials as required.
- Carry out grounds maintenance, including cutting back vegetation and managing overgrowth in open areas.
- Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns promptly.
