Administrative Assistant needed in Newport, South Wales. The rate is £12.85ph PAYE. This is a temporary role.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to all aspects of the School Meals Contract, including Breakfast Clubs, by using IT systems to maintain and update records and track data trends and regularly report this information to the Education Support Services Manager.
They will collate and analyse information received in relation to the School Meals Contract through learner voice and stakeholder feedback activities and share this with the Education Support Services Manager to support improvements in provision.
Additionally, they will be responsible for the administration of the separate Nursery and Key Stage One School Milk schemes, liaising with schools to ensure that order values are correct so that the Council can be fully reimbursed for all costs incurred.
