Key Responsibilities

    • Carry out minor works, repairs, and maintenance tasks across a variety of properties.
    • Undertake multi‑trade duties (e.g., basic plumbing, joinery, carpentry, painting, patch repairs).
    • Support responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and void property works where required.
    • Ensure all work meets required standards, specifications, and health & safety regulations.
