Street Naming & Numbering Project Officer needed in Nuneaton. Paying £250 per day, ref 5288182. Full time hours on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a full review of the Street Naming & Numbering function, including current processes, workstreams, and service delivery.
- Assess the team’s workload and existing backlog, developing practical proposals to improve efficiency and clear outstanding work.
- Identify strengths, challenges, and risks within the current service.
- Evaluate resourcing levels and team structure, making recommendations for future sustainability.
- Highlight any skills or knowledge gaps within the existing team.
- Review current SNN policies and contribute to the development and updating of future policy frameworks.
- Provide informed recommendations on fees and charges in line with industry practice and cost recovery principles.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather insights and ensure a well-rounded review.
- Produce a comprehensive report with clear findings and actionable recommendations for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Offer strategic advice to support the ongoing success and improvement of the SNN service.
