Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative support to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team.
- Coordinate workflows, track actions and support case management processes.
- Maintain accurate digital and paper records, ensuring information is handled confidentially and in accordance with data protection requirements.
- Respond to enquiries from stakeholders via email and telephone, providing clear and timely information.
- Support financial and procurement processes, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and monitoring expenditure.
- Assist with the coordination of occupational health referrals, wellbeing initiatives and health and safety activities.
- Produce reports, correspondence and documentation as required.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers across the organisation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems and service delivery.
- Support compliance with health, safety and wellbeing policies and procedures.
