  • Housing Registration Assistant needed in Islington, £22.14ph
  • PAYE – Reference: RQ1699721
  • To assist in reviewing all applicantions on Islington’s housing register and to amend and reassess applications where necessary.
  • To participate in all phone and face to face duty to customers as and when required.
  • To ensure housing reviews are dealt with in accordance with Isington’s Allocation scheme.
  • To assist customers in completing application forms and to explain the allocations scheme.
  • To liase and notify applicants by phone and in writing regarding their review and review decisions.
  • To undertake follow up enquiries and correspondence and liaise with Area Housing Office and other external agencies/partners where necessary.

This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
