Essential Cuisine are looking to recruit a full time Sales Order Processor to join their busy team. The SOP member will report to the Sales Supply & Distribution Manager and work closely with sales and operational teams, warehouse and customers directly.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with FG Warehouse and Goods-In Warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
- Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of all sales orders within Sage 200.
- Knowledge and understanding of export procedures.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers, handling queries.
- Checking stock levels.
- Able to anticipate/identify problems and owning them through to conclusion.
- Has a wider knowledge of the external factors affecting the business and their implications.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience of Sage or other ERP systems would be an advantage but training will be given.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Confident in speaking to customers on the telephone.
- The ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- A flexible approach to work.
- The ability to solve problems.
Hours: 40 hrs /per week, 8.30-4.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8-4pm Fridays
