Experienced Project Manager / Technical Migration Scheduler with a proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure modernisation, remediation, and regulatory change programmes within complex Tier 1 banking environments.
Strong background coordinating business-critical migrations across multiple applications, infrastructure teams, Service Owners, and operational stakeholders within tightly governed enterprise environments. Comfortable operating within fast-paced transformation programmes requiring a combination of governance, stakeholder management, technical coordination, and hands-on delivery support.
Experienced working closely with infrastructure teams, technical SMEs, operations, change management functions, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful planning, governance, implementation, and execution of infrastructure change activities.
Key Experience- Coordinating complex migration schedules across multiple workstreams, applications, and infrastructure teams
- Managing IT Service Owner engagement, governance approvals, and implementation sign-offs
- Supporting large-scale infrastructure remediation and modernisation programmes
- Driving resolution of delivery risks, blockers, dependencies, and escalations
- Working closely with technical SMEs to assess and communicate migration impacts and technical requirements
- Managing Change Requests (CRs), implementation windows, release activities, and production readiness
- Ensuring alignment between project teams, infrastructure teams, Service Owners, and operational stakeholders
- Hands-on management of migration coordination, scheduling, RAID tracking, governance reporting, and operational delivery activities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experienced operating within highly regulated banking and enterprise technology environments with strong focus on governance, control, and auditability
