We are supporting a leading global banking organisation in hiring experienced Programme Managers into a major Chief Technology Office (CTO) transformation portfolio. This is a high-profile delivery environment responsible for driving large-scale enterprise technology and infrastructure change across cloud, platforms, operational resilience, infrastructure modernisation, security and core enterprise technology functions.

We are looking for strong Programme Managers who can operate within complex, fast-paced enterprise environments, managing multiple concurrent workstreams across large-scale technology transformation initiatives with minimal oversight. The environment is delivery-focused, highly visible and stakeholder-intensive, requiring individuals who are comfortable operating across senior technology leadership, engineering, architecture, operations and third-party delivery teams.
