We are currently supporting a large-scale infrastructure modernisation and migration programme within a major global bank and are looking for 2 x Infrastructure Delivery Coordinators to join a growing delivery team. This is a delivery-focused coordination role supporting complex infrastructure and migration activities across a large enterprise environment.
The work involves significant stakeholder engagement, approvals tracking, migration coordination and governance support across multiple services and workstreams globally. The role would suit someone from a PMO, Project Coordination, Delivery Coordination or Infrastructure Change background who is comfortable operating in fast-paced technology delivery environments and enjoys driving actions, managing stakeholders and keeping delivery activity moving.
The environment is collaborative but delivery-focused, so we are looking for proactive individuals who are organised, confident communicators and comfortable chasing actions and escalating blockers where required.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate infrastructure migration and change activities across multiple workstreams
- Engage with Service Owners and technical teams to track approvals and actions
- Maintain trackers, schedules, governance documentation and status reporting
- Coordinate Change Requests (CRs), implementation activities and migration windows
- Support governance forums, reporting and delivery meetings
- Track risks, issues, dependencies and outstanding actions
- Escalate blockers or delays where required
- Liaise with project managers, infrastructure teams and operational stakeholders globally
- Support operational readiness and migration planning activities
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO, Delivery Coordinator or Infrastructure Change role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in technology, infrastructure or enterprise change environments
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, trackers and governance activities
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience within banking, financial services or other large regulated environments beneficial
- ServiceNow, Jira or similar tooling exposure helpful
- Strong Excel skills preferred
Additional Information
- Primarily remote working
- Candidates able to occasionally access Sheffield, Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds would be beneficial, but this is not a strict requirement
- Long-running programme with strong likelihood of extension
