We are currently supporting a leading global banking client within their Chief Technology Office (CTO) who are looking to hire experienced Programme Managers to support a growing portfolio of large-scale enterprise technology and infrastructure transformation initiatives. This is a senior delivery role within a fast-paced enterprise banking environment, focused on managing complex multi-workstream technology change across infrastructure, cloud, operational resilience, platforms, security and enterprise transformation programmes.
We are specifically looking for candidates with strong recent banking or financial services experience, ideally within Tier 1 banking environments, who have operated as Programme Managers on large-scale enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
Key Experience- Extensive Programme Management experience within banking or financial services environments
- Proven delivery of large-scale enterprise technology or infrastructure transformation programmes
- Strong governance, RAID, financial management and stakeholder management capability
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, vendors and delivery teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, operational resilience, platform or security transformation environments
- Experience operating within highly regulated enterprise organisations
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills

Please note: due to onsite requirements, we can only consider candidates already based within a realistic commutable distance of Birmingham or Sheffield (circa 1 hour commute). Unfortunately, candidates requiring long-distance weekly travel or London-based commuting arrangements are unlikely to be considered.
