We are looking to onboard a senior Programme Director for the Chief Technology Office of a leading global bank,to lead one of its highest-profile technology programmes this year. This is a high-visibility engagement requiring a confident delivery leader who can operate at pace, drive outcomes across multiple workstreams, and influence stakeholders up to ExCo/C-suite level.

Youll take end-to-end accountability for programme delivery: governance, planning, RAID, dependencies, financial control and executive reportingworking closely with CTO change leads, engineering and architecture teams to ensure delivery capacity aligns to committed milestones.

What You’ll be doing

• Leading a complex CTO programme across multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders
• Driving robust governance, delivery cadence, RAID and dependency management
• Owning programme planning and financial controls, ensuring disciplined delivery
• Producing board-level reporting and presenting to senior forums
• Aligning delivery teams and suppliers to meet outcomes and timelines
• Ensuring strong interlock with wider change programmes across the bank
