Are you a driven, well-connected Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business and building strong introducer relationships? We're looking for an ambitious individual to join our growing North West‑based financial services business. Specialising in mortgages, protection, bridging finance, and secured loans (including second charge mortgages), this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our continued expansion.

The Role

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing long‑term relationships with introducers and clients.
  • Represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, acting as a key ambassador for our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers and clients.
  • Arrange and attend meetings to present our products and services.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to potential partners.
  • Represent the business at industry events and conferences.
  • Use social media and digital channels to support lead generation.
  • Manage your own pipeline and workload effectively.

About You

  • Proven experience in a Business Development role within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, including both 1st and 2nd charge products.
  • A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and highly organised.
  • Confident presenting to clients and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using social media as a business development tool.
