Are you a driven, well-connected Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business and building strong introducer relationships? We’re looking for an ambitious individual to join our growing North West-based financial services business. Specialising in mortgages, protection, bridging finance, and secured loans (including second charge mortgages), this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our continued expansion.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with introducers and clients. You’ll represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, acting as a key ambassador for our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers and clients
  • Arrange and attend meetings to present our products and services
  • Deliver compelling presentations to potential partners
  • Represent the business at industry events and conferences
  • Use social media and digital channels to support lead generation

About You

  • Proven experience in a Business Development role within financial services
