Helpdesk Coordinator Up to £35000 Central London Permanent / Hybrid Helpdesk Coordinator, you will provide support to the field-based teams to provide excellent customer service across all areas of responsibility. The role will provide support on repair and maintenance systems aligned to the business in a timely manner. Daily duties for Helpdesk Coordinator * Day to day helpdesk coordinator for delivery * Main liaison for customer base * Chasing internal and external supplies sand engineers * Able to assist PPM * Prioritising activity * Good communication between suppliers Skills: – * Be able to work independently * Natural problem solver * Excellent communication and rapport skills * IT Literate Including Benefits:- * 4.00pm finish on Friday * Hybrid Working Policy * Auto enrolment into pension scheme * Private healthcare (individual) option once probation is passed * Life insurance (3x salary) * Dress down Friday * Sick pay * Profit Share * Season Ticket Loan (after probation) * Subsidised Restaurant Apply today
