We’re looking for a friendly and solution-oriented 1st Level Support Specialist to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, solving IT puzzles, and keeping things running smoothly, you’ll fit right in. Whether it’s resetting passwords or calming a printer in crisis, you’ll be our go-to hero for day-to-day tech support. Telephone, written and personal support requests are handled independently and in compliance with response and processing times (SLAs) Solution-oriented processing of IT problems, for example in the areas of operating systems, office applications, notebooks, mobile devices and printers in a client/server network environment, takes place remotely, by email or by telephone Entering all work into the ticket system to improve internal service orientation Building and updating the IT knowledge base by documenting emerging problems and linking them to their solutions Support in carrying out administrative tasks (backup, maintenance, rollout, etc.) Coordination of ticket processing with external service providers Your profile Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification Must have several years of professional experience in 1st level support Must have a good knowledge of current IT technologies, especially collaboration tools and O365 tools Must have a good knowledge of Active Directory and Windows OS systems Good knowledge of English, other foreign languages are a plus Strong communication team spirit with pronounced assertiveness and a strong service spirit High degree of initiative and willingness to make decisions Basic willingness to travel (max. 15%) for business trips nationally and, if necessary, internationally Who we are We are a multicultural international company with a lot of team spirit.
