In this position you will be acting as a business partner for the Western Europe region (84 hotels across UK and Benelux) and provide meaningful decision support based on analytics for internal stakeholders and challenge the regional stakeholders in the budgeting & forecasting process.
Main accountabilities:
- Analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making and performance improvement.
- Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business review processes.
- Partner closely with the Portfolio Management team to enhance financial performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of monthly performance reviews to the management.
- Contribute to monthly reporting and analysis, highlighting key performance drivers and areas requiring attention.
- Identify deviations from budget and potential risks towards achievement of targets.
- Support and challenge the regional and local stakeholders in budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with group targets and regional expectations.
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting to various stakeholders across the business.
- Propose process improvements and automation opportunities within FP&A activities.
Background:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, econometrics, business or hospitality management.
- More than 2 years of relevant similar experience in analysis, financial and asset management or in a related (international) field advantageous.
- Profound understanding of P&L in the hospitality industry (USALI) and strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis processes.
- Strong technical skills in using Excel, Power BI, queries and reporting tools.
- Fluent written and verbal English and local language skills.

- Is capable of translating financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations adapted to specific stakeholders.
