Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Coordinator/ Manager located in Birmingham. The Property Coordinator/ Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property management, lease administration, customer service, administrative assistance, and communication with stakeholders.

• Property Management and Lease Administration skills
• Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in managing properties and dealing with tenants
• Strong organizational and time management skills
