About the role
We are looking for a driven, curious and collaborative individual to take on the role as UK partnerships manager in our Content and Innovation team. You will join a team of experts who strive to deliver breakthrough work that sets the standard both within WPP Media and across the industry. You will build trusted relationships within the agency planning, activation & client services teams, as well as be a POC for Airbnb clients. You will play a key role delivering content and media partnerships, with an initial focus on audio channels; radio and podcasts. You are expected to translate client briefs into compelling and creative partnerships in the UK. This individual must manage relationships with external partners, building collaborative ways of working to deliver the best possible campaign outcomes for Airbnb.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and assess new UK partnership opportunities for Airbnb.
- Meet regularly with established and emerging media partners to stay connected to marketplace trends and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Manage campaign scope, contracting, budget, timelines, assets, approvals, learnings and PCA’s.
- Negotiate favourable terms with partners to maximise client outcomes and value.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Planning, Activation, Strategy and Analytics to ensure key contacts are kept abreast of day to day projects.
- Build effective relationships with key clients to collaborate on campaign planning, partner selection and creative execution.
- Work with the EM production team to facilitate seamless project coordination among clients, partners, producers, and talent.
- Partner with analytics to develop comprehensive measurement strategies and monitor campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports and trackers.
- Manage campaign tracking tags.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate cost accruals and timely invoice settlement.
- Become a strong advocate for Content & Innovation internally at WPP Media and externally to the wider industry.
