The Role
As an Audience Planning Director, you will be central to Mars Wrigley’s shift towards intelligent reach. Moving from fragmented audience engagement to targeted cohorts using addressable media. The role combines skills from comms planning and digital planning, focusing on:
- Deep understanding of Mars brands and business
- Analysing growth data for commercial opportunities
- Reviewing survey and cultural insights to understand audience behaviours
- Analysing platform data to identify targetable audience cohorts
- Sharing market insights with regional teams
- Developing and executing local activation strategies across channels
