The Role

As an Audience Planning Director, you will be central to Mars Wrigley’s shift towards intelligent reach. Moving from fragmented audience engagement to targeted cohorts using addressable media.

The role combines skills from comms planning and digital planning, focusing on:

  • Deep understanding of Mars brands and business
  • Analyzing growth data for commercial opportunities
  • Reviewing survey and cultural insights to understand audience behaviors
  • Analyzing platform data to identify targetable audience cohorts
