The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Executive role. The primary purpose of the position is to provide first‑line support within a fast‑paced, high‑volume, low‑margin business, supporting the end‑to‑end sales, order fulfilment, and billing lifecycle. You will manage a broad range of transactional enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and accurately with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement. By ensuring queries and transactions are handled effectively, you will help support the smooth flow of business operations through to the timely and accurate receipt of payments.
Primary Accountabilities

- Support the progression of end‑to‑end sales and billing transactional activities, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to enable prompt cash collection
- Take ownership of incoming enquiries via phone and email across the full sales and customer transaction lifecycle, including pricing, data, orders, delivery, billing, credit, and debt, maintaining a strong customer focus and driving continuous improvement

- Work collaboratively with the department to develop and implement effective commercial project strategies
About You

Candidates must have previous experience in a customer service or operational/sales support position, along with working knowledge of the SAP Sales and Distribution module or other comparable back‑office transactional systems. A solid understanding of the B2B sales process is required, including awareness of the interdependencies across each stage of the customer journey, from order intake through to billing and ongoing support.
