You will be a highly accomplished commercial leader with significant experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams across commercial sales and logistics functions. Educated to degree level and ideally holding an MBA, you will have a proven track record of delivering commercial growth, developing and implementing successful business strategies, and driving sustainable revenue and margin performance. Experience within logistics operations and hazardous goods sales and distribution is essential, along with a strong understanding of UK HSSE compliance requirements, frameworks, and standards relating to the movement and sale of hazardous products. Commercially astute and results-driven, you will possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
