Essar Oil Limited in Stanlow, Ellesmere Port, seeks a Head of Construction and Enabling – UK CAPEX Projects to lead on-site delivery across high-value EPC projects within a live refinery. You will own enabling works through to handover, ensuring safety, quality and on-schedule delivery while managing multi-contract interfaces.
The role requires strong leadership across brownfield sites, deep COMAH and CDM 2015 knowledge, and proven ability to drive cost control, risk management and contractor management.
