Essa Academy seeks an Attendance Manager to lead the academy attendance team, delivering operational and administrative support to drive whole-school attendance strategies and improve attendance and persistent absence in line with targets.
You will work with parents/carers to boost attendance, helping pupils maximise learning opportunities in a supportive environment.
This permanent role is full-time with 37 hours per week.
