Our client is a fast-growing company specialising in essential medical supplies. They are looking for a reliable and hard-working individual to join their busy packing room team, preparing goods for sale in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
As a Packing Room Operative, you will work as part of a small, dedicated team to ensure that products are prepared and packed efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality. Once trained, you will join a Saturday rota (currently 1-5), working 08:00 – 13:00. Saturdays are paid at £90.00. Other overtime is paid at £15.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Packing & Preparation: Ensure goods are accurately prepared, packed, and labelled for sale.
- Stock Handling: Organize and manage stock to ensure smooth workflow and timely dispatch.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for accuracy and condition before shipping.
- Teamwork & Efficiency: Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily packing targets.
- General Warehouse Duties: Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to health and safety regulations.
