Vending Supervisor
Location: Newton Aycliffe
Hourly Rate: 13.50 per hour
Working Pattern: 30 hours per week, 5 days over 7.
Are you an experienced vending professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a proactive and organised Vending Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our vending services, ensuring machines are fully stocked, well-maintained, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll support and motivate a small team while ensuring the smooth running of vending operations across the site.
What You'll Be Doing
Supervising the daily vending operation and supporting team members.
Ensuring vending machines are fully stocked, clean, and operating efficiently.
Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory.
Carrying out regular machine checks and escalating maintenance issues when required.
Producing reports and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office.
Delivering excellent customer service and responding to queries professionally.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Our Vending Supervisor
Previous experience within a vending environment is essential.
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
Confident using Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Able to work independently and prioritise a busy workload.
A positive, customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
