Restaurant Associates are recruiting for a Head Chef to lead a brand-new food operation in Uxbridge. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly opened site with a modern kitchen, overseeing a team delivering both staff dining and hospitality services.

Working closely with the wider business, you'll be responsible for maintaining exceptional food standards, driving kitchen performance and creating a positive team culture.

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
  • Deliver high-quality food across staff dining and hospitality events
  • Manage food safety, health & safety and compliance standards
  • Control stock, ordering and food costs
  • Train, develop and motivate the kitchen team
  • Ensure consistency, quality and presentation in all food produced

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef within a quality food-led environment is essential. A passion for fresh food and delivering excellent customer experiences is required, along with good financial awareness, including stock and cost control.
