We are looking for a motivated and reliable Chef de Partie to join our catering team at Rock Barracks. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in producing high-quality food for service personnel. You will be part of a supportive kitchen team delivering daily meals while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.

Shift Patterns

  • Weekdays Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
  • Late Shift: 10:30 - 18:30
  • Weekends: 09:00 - 17:30 (1 in 4 weekends)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present meals to required service and Company standards.
  • Take responsibility for your section, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Support the Head Chef and senior team with daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.
  • Assist with stock control, food rotation, and allergen management.
