The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Perform an integral role within the production line, monitoring product quality and ensuring all required standards are met.
Description: January to February you will be on days 07.30 – 16.00 and 09.30 – 18.00 with a weekly rotation before moving on to shift from Mid-February.
Shift Pattern rotation with weekly rotation:
- Earlies - Monday to Friday 05.30 – 14.00
- Lates – Monday to Friday 13.45 – 22.15
Main Duties:
- Monitor and load a variety of production machines on the line (including de-palletiser, case coder, case erector, case sealer, and palletiser), ensuring they are kept supplied with materials, and recording performance in terms of volume and quality both manually and on computer.
- Monitor and maintain product quality and safety standards, identifying and reporting issues, and working with colleagues to continuously improve processes and standards of performance.
- Work in liaison with colleagues to monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Monitor, record, and minimise wastage of components, identifying problems and recommending solutions.
- Undertake all duties in a way that promotes best practice and follows company guidelines in terms of health, safety, and welfare.
- Undertake any other duties that may be required for the smooth running and success of the business.
