Come and join our award-winning teams - we are currently recruiting for a b Sous Chef /b to join our team. /p p b Location: /b OL10 2TN /p p b Rate of Pay: /b 16.00 per hour /p p b Shift Pattern: /b Monday-Friday, 6:00-14:00 40 hours per week (May need to cover nights weekends in emergencies as this is a 24/7 Distribution Centre) /p p b Key Responsibilities: /b /p ul li Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. /li li Lead, coach, and develop the kitchen team to maintain high standards. /li li Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service delivery. /li li Manage stock, ordering, and food cost control while minimising waste. /li li Maintain compliance with food safety, health safety, and due diligence procedures. /li li Assist with menu development and seasonal menu planning. /li li Oversee kitchen operations and service in the Head Chefs absence. /li li Monitor labour costs and support effective rota management. /li li Maintain a clean, organised, and well-maintained kitchen environment. /li li Support the delivery of hospitality, events, and special functions as required. /li /ul p b Whats in it for you? /b /p p Working with b Gather Gather /b has its perks!
