Location: Amazon Dub 14, Burlington Road, Dublin 4 Rate of pay: 18.50 per hour Shift Pattern : Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:00, 40 hours per week
Key
Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy workplace dining environment, delivering breakfast, lunch and hospitality services for 250-280 covers per day, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation and customer experience.
Lead, manage and develop a team of 9, ensuring effective deployment, engagement and high performance across all service periods.
Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring all contractual commitments and service expectations are consistently achieved.
Take full accountability for site operations, including QHSE compliance, food safety, health
