This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional to lead the delivery of high-quality hospitality and events across the school. You will be responsible for ensuring consistently excellent service, managing a front-of-house team and working closely with the school and wider catering operation. Leading, motivating and developing the hospitality and front-of-house team Managing the day-to-day hospitality operation and ensuring consistently high service standards Planning and delivering hospitality, functions and events across the school Managing staffing, rotas and service requirements to ensure smooth and efficient operations Working closely with the school, clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver an exceptional service Ensuring all hospitality services meet company, client, Food Safety, Health & Safety and licensing requirements Maintaining high standards of presentation, service and professionalism Identifying opportunities to improve the hospitality offer and customer experience Supporting the wider catering team during busy periods and major school events Taking a hands-on approach and leading by example during services and events An experienced Hospitality Manager with a proven background in hospitality, events or contract catering Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and high standards Experienced managing busy hospitality services, functions and events Commercially aware with an understanding of costs, budgets and resource management Flexible and able to work 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends when required A hands-on leader who is happy to be involved in service delivery If you are an experienced Hospitality Manager looking for an opportunity to lead a high-quality hospitality operation within an independent school, we would love to hear from you.
