Heres what you need to know before applying: /p p b Your key responsibilities will include: /b /p ul li Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers /li li Overseeing and implementing menu changes /li li Identifying opportunities to improve our food services /li li Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services /li li Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts /li li Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image /li li Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked /li li Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards /li li Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Satefty regulations /li /ul p b Our ideal Chef will: /b /p ul li Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service /li li Hold a City Guilds 706/1 2 or NVQ equivalent /li li Have experience supervising a team /li li Have experience in a similar Chef role /li li Hold a Food Hygiene certificate /li li Have a flexible approach to working /li /ul p Part of Compass Group UK I, Chartwells is the leading provider of catering and support services to the education sector.
