Location: Beaulieu National Motor Museum, Hampshire

Salary: Up to 32,000 per annum + Tronc

Contract: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, including weekends and bank holidays.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our busy public café at the Beaulieu National Motor Museum. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant while delivering an outstanding experience for every guest. You will lead, motivate and develop your team, maintain the highest standards of food safety and customer service, and work closely with the General Manager and client to drive operational excellence and commercial success. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Organise staff rotas and scheduling to ensure the business is appropriately resourced.
  • Lead by example, inspiring and supporting the team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Recruit, train, coach and develop team members to reach their full potential.
  • Work alongside the kitchen team to plan menus and deliver a high-quality food offering.
  • Build strong relationships with food and beverage suppliers and manage stock ordering effectively.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are available while minimising waste.
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene and health standards are maintained.
