We are seeking to recruit an Operations Project Manager to join our growing team at Glanmore Foods. This influential position provides project management and operational transformation support to our business, working closely with various departments to enhance operational effectiveness, strengthen governance, and drive successful business change. Through effective business partnering, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic projects, supporting key transformation initiatives, and ensuring operational priorities align with business objectives. The role demands a strong understanding of project delivery, change management, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to lead initiatives that add long-term value to the business. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time, contracted role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and/or weekends depending on business needs. For a 6 month period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to implementation and post-project review.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical paths to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across areas including Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Integration teams.
  • Prepare and maintain governance documentation including project status reports, RAID logs, and change control processes.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and operational challenges while ensuring key stakeholders remain informed.
  • Support the integration of Glanmore Foods into Compass Group systems, processes, and governance frameworks while driving wider transformation initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to all operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.

About You:

  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects within a fast-paced operational environment, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Experience leading business transformation, systems implementation, or process improvement projects.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive business outcomes and successful project delivery.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with uncertainty and the ability to make decisive actions.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Results-oriented, resilient, and capable of presenting outcomes clearly to influence stakeholders.
  • A team player with the ability to take initiative and lead effectively, fostering team engagement and development.
